scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (according to § 13 BGB of a “natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity attributable”).

Conclusion
The customer’s order constitutes an offer. A contract is only concluded after our acceptance. The customer will be informed of our acceptance by e-mail. An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked * are filled in the order form. If information is missing or if we can not fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message. Before finalizing the order, the customer will be given the opportunity to correct his order. The customer receives supporting detailed information directly during the ordering process.

Once the order process is completed, the customer will be notified by an info window “Your order has been completed and successfully sent to us”. On our part, this does not represent an acceptance of the customer’s offer.

acknowledgment
When the order has arrived, the customer will be notified of the receipt of his order by the e-mail address provided by him. This communication on our part does not constitute an acceptance of the customer’s offer.

contract storage
The purchase contract is stored by us, but is not accessible to the customer via our webshop.

Prices and shipping costs
All prices are total prices. They include all taxes including value-added tax and duties as well as shipping costs, unless they are shown separately.

Payment
The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the prices quoted. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may be additional. Consumers have the following payment options:

    Delivery, Delivery Restrictions
    The delivery takes place – if the description of a selected product does not specify otherwise – within 7 working days. This period begins to run in the case of payment the day after the payment order.

    Transfer of Risk
    The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods lies with the user until the goods are handed over and passes to the consumer upon transfer.

    Retention of title
    Until complete receipt of the purchase price, the user reserves ownership of the goods.

    The statutory warranty regulations apply.

    Right of Withdrawal / Withdrawal
    The term “right of withdrawal”, which is common in Austria, corresponds to the term “right of withdrawal” used in Germany and used in the Consumer Rights Directive. We therefore use the synonymous term pair “right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal)”. In the cancellation policy only the term “right of withdrawal” is used.
